I'm really puzzled about what's happening. Recently, a system update for Windows 11 version 22H2 was released, but my download kept failing with error 0x80070002. I can't load Steam or play any games with Battleye because the update hasn't been applied. I've looked online and tried several fixes—restarting, updating services, using media creation—but none worked. Now my system keeps trying to download again without success. I'm worried since I haven't had any issues before. I also tried reinstalling from Microsoft, but they said it's already installed.

Launch an elevated command prompt (execute as administrator). Execute DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth. Proceed with SFC /scannow, then run chkdsk /r. These steps should resolve Windows issues quietly in the background. Once completed, retry the update. Alternatively, you can create a Windows install USB using the Windows Media Creation Tool and perform a repair installation.

Thank you for your feedback. I followed all the suggested steps and performed the repair installation, but the issue persists.
