It seems your PC experiences intermittent Wi-Fi issues, losing connection briefly before reconnecting. You've already tried reinstalling drivers, updating software, and using the Device Manager. Restarting Windows multiple times hasn't helped, and you're frustrated about the hassle.

It might be an issue with the antenna. Consider purchasing a Wi-Fi adapter or USB Wi-Fi adapter to test if it resolves the problem.

Unknown make and model of the WiFi adapter. Operating on the 2.4GHz frequency. Use WiFi Analyzer on the same device to investigate, and share any band analysis screenshots.

Are you sure the router's software is current? This issue might stem from either an outdated firmware or a missed Windows Update.
