Five days ago an unusual issue started affecting my PC. While playing online games, my Ethernet connection would suddenly disconnect, even though I thought the cable was loose or damaged. After trying to switch the Ethernet cable and restarting Windows, the problem persisted. Could you offer some assistance?

Check if updating the driver resolves the issue; if not, it may indicate a problem with the network card itself.
