I was gaming Call of Duty today and didn’t know why I chose to boost the processor. It worked well during stress tests, but when I tried playing a game, my Wi-Fi card was only performing one-tenth of its intended speed. I have no idea what’s wrong and need help from experts.

I wasn't sure how to reach that conclusion. You'll likely need more details to get assistance. Spirits aren't real, and it's unlikely someone is searching for you in those forums.

You’d need basic details about your device, network, and any symptoms you’re experiencing.

It's strange going on GlassWire and your Wi-Fi isn't being blocked.

You'll often see a "you are not connected" message in Microsoft Edge and Chrome during browsing, briefly appearing occasionally.

I attempt to retrieve the battle.net launcher since I encountered problems earlier today, but I keep receiving a network error message. It seems it should function even under slower internet conditions.

It seems you're checking whether MB and Mb are being used interchangeably. Programs such as Steam and Battle Net typically show speeds in MB, whereas sites like Speedtest.net or Glasswire list them in Mb. Remember, 1MB equals 8Mb. Make sure you're comparing the correct units to understand the difference.

If by underperforming you mean that you're not getting the full speed of the WiFi adapter, please state the make/model of the adapter, the speeds you are seeing and the speeds you are paying for according to your contract with the ISP.
