Hello, I just increased my internet download speed to 400 Mb/s. All my devices work smoothly at those speeds, except for my main desktop which uses a cable connection (Cat 7). It's not a cable issue because I reach nearly 400 Mb/s on my laptop with the same cable. I've also installed the latest drivers. My setup is MOBO, MSI Z270 XPOWER GAMING TITANIUM. Please help.

You're receiving a score of 400 across all devices, with the exception of the Z270 desktop.

Your motherboard features two Ethernet ports, possibly for a specific purpose. There might be a primary port and another connected separately.

Cellphone, laptop, and the guy's phone & laptop all handle about 400 Mb/s. My computer just manages a bit more, around 170 Mb/s.

I attempted to adjust the slots, but performance remains consistent (~170 Mb/s).

Verified if speed is configured at 1Gbps and Auto/Negotiation is enabled within the Network Card settings.

I can't directly post or capture screenshots for you, but I can guide you on how to achieve this. You can run a SpeedTest on your Cable Desktop PC and then share the results here, and I’ll help format the request accordingly. For the laptop, follow the same steps using the RJ45 cable connected to your CAT7 port. Let me know if you need further assistance!
