So far, I've only experienced a couple of internet problems since moving into my new house. Now I'm facing some strange issues that seem hard to solve. First, my game ping is noticeably higher—about 10 to 20 milliseconds longer than usual. Then, my download speed isn't matching the 400 Mbps I pay for; tests consistently show speeds between 70 and 90 Mbps. On the first day my problems began, my mom contacted my ISP, who suggested they needed a new modem since speeds stayed the same after going around the router. But that didn't fit because speeds used to be fine. Recently, a technician visited and found no issues. My only guess is there might be a router firmware update I haven't applied. I'm really stuck and haven't tried anything that seems to help. I've restarted the router, reset it to defaults, and even tried switching ISP settings, but the speeds differ on WiFi and Ethernet. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Big Grin
