Hello, regularly the internet shuts down for short periods, usually 30 seconds to a minute. I can still reach my router or modem (a hybrid device here), but it doesn’t provide connectivity. The bottom screen fills with a yellow warning sign. Trying the troubleshooter in Windows gives no help—suggesting a network reset might help, but it hasn’t worked yet. After about half an hour, I managed to reconnect to Discord and League of Legends.

Important note: My PC, my sister’s PC, and my phone all lose internet this way. It seems the PK5001Z router is affected by power cycling (turning it off and on again). About two weeks ago I moved into this house, so I’m now using a different router/modem. Does that matter? Thanks for any advice :3 Updated: My sister mentioned we haven’t been doing DC at the same time?
