I've checked the pre-built pricing around 4k, but it keeps showing 3-10% packet loss. I've spoken with my ISP multiple times and confirmed they're handling everything well. It's starting to feel like the issue might be on my end. In Melbourne, Victoria, what should I watch out for?

It seems only your NIC is involved; your ISP isn't related. What's the latency when you send a ping to your default gateway?

It occurs specifically with those kinds of games, and it's best to stick to them on a computer. TV and Netflix work just fine.

You're likely asking about which router configuration is managing traffic prioritization for specific packets.
