Hello, I have a query about an issue with my Wi-Fi upstairs. It stopped working suddenly, even though we have three access points inside the house—one in the living area, one in the kitchen, and another in the kitchen. Initially, I thought it might be resolved by unplugging the upstairs AP, but that didn’t help. Now I’m stuck and would really appreciate any advice from someone with experience.

Let me help clarify what happened. Your Wi-Fi was functioning normally until suddenly it stopped. Since you haven’t made any recent changes, it’s possible something outside of your usual routine affected it. Have you run the Windows Troubleshooter before this issue occurred?

It was functioning properly before any changes were made. The only action I took was restarting my access points.
