It seems the issue is limited to the PC not displaying Wi-Fi while it appears on your phone, suggesting a potential problem with Windows or the adapter.

At the access point I can't log in, I tried admin admin but it didn't work.

Search for a valid login method. It might help to reach out to your internet service provider. Before suggesting a new adapter, let's confirm whether your existing gear is working properly. We want to make sure the issue isn't with your current setup. The Netcomm device is being checked to determine if your 2.4GHz radio is inactive or if any adjustments were made (such as channel width, wireless frequency, power output). Many routers automatically tweak settings to improve performance, which can sometimes cause issues for client devices. Your USB WiFi adapter is from an older 802.11a/b/g/n standard that only used the 2.4GHz band, whereas your Netcomm device supports 802.11ac, 802.11aa, and 802.11ax. If the radio was turned off, the channel was changed to 13 (which isn't always usable), or the width was increased, your adapter might miss the signal. Of course, this assumes the adapter is operating correctly, but note that USB adapters often have reliability problems due to outdated chip technology. Since you're still connecting via Wi-Fi (not cellular), it's likely using the 5GHz band. Look up your phone's WiFi settings to confirm. As a quick test, restart your ISP equipment and see if the problem persists.
