They don't focus on you personally. It's possible someone else using the same ISP as yours was caught cheating. You might want to reach out, though it doesn't help much for me—I tried contacting them and got nothing. Using a VPN could be a solution.

I tried all possible solutions but nothing helped. Then I reached out to Rockstar, and after a month they resolved the issue. They offered many suggestions, but none worked. Eventually, they fixed it on their end. It took them about 2-3 weeks, or you could switch your IP through your internet service provider.

I discovered the method to resolve this. First, install Hotspot Shield for VPN, remove the Social Club folder from Program Files x86, then attempt to launch the Social Club launcher without using the VPN. When prompted to restart the launcher, enable the VPN and successfully enter the game!
