Restart the router or modem. Remove the existing Ethernet adapter drivers and set up the newest version. Consider using a different Ethernet cable. This issue was reported just 15 minutes ago.

There are two sides to a download—your side and theirs. Can you try downloading something large from another source to check if it’s coming from your end or theirs? For example, use Chrome and see if the same files work there. If only your game is affected, it likely points to their server issue.
