Hello, my Wi-Fi functions properly. I experience speeds between 280-415 Mb/s. I pay for a 500 Mbps plan on my mesh system, and the router connects through two walls. When connecting my PC via Ethernet in the office, I can load a couple of pages but then it freezes. A quick speed test shows it reaches up to 400 Mb/s or more, after which it stalls and I get a socket error. If I refresh the page, I see an ERR_NETWORK_CHANGED message. Plugging the Ethernet cable out from the PC restores internet access.

I have reset the network settings, uninstalled and reinstalled drivers, flushed the system using CMD, checked the BIOS to confirm activation, run a long malware scan, set DNS to auto, replaced cables. Any suggestions?

I handle data such as speedtest.net to understand my internet performance on ethernet. Just for comparison purposes. Now, how far does the cable go to your office and how many connection points are there? Also, have you attempted disabling the wi-fi device in the Control Panel or Device Manager? Newer Windows versions (your PC is from Microsoft) set default Wi-Fi as vulnerable, which might affect ethernet usage on the same machine. Dual connections to the router won’t work either; you need to pick one option.
