I’m seeing an internet connection but the status shows no connection. You’re unable to access router settings either. Try restarting your modem and router, or check if the power is on. If issues persist, there may be a hardware problem that needs professional attention.

On this specific unit or across the entire network? Consider connecting via a wired setup for router configuration.

Typically the router or modem IP address is around 192.168.1.1 as shown on the device. Try accessing it from your computer to confirm. Have you spoken with your ISP about any possible problems?

Once there was just one unit, now it spans every gadget.

It seems your router isn't working. You might try restarting it and, if that fails, perform a factory reset. If you're still unable to connect, it's likely you'll need to replace it.

The response to some replies caused the Wi-Fi to reset, and it’s now functioning properly. I’ll think about purchasing a new router then.
