I received a slow connection with 25 ping, 11 jitter, 15 Mbps download, and 2 Mbps upload. Despite that, I still face screen freezes in Dota2, making it hard to play. The game sometimes doesn’t respond for a couple of seconds, which is really annoying when I need to fight. It’s frustrating to have to wait around. Please help me out.

The problem likely stems from your network connection. It appears the issue repeats across multiple games, indicating a broader connectivity concern.

In warzone it's intense, but in dota2 it's less harsh.

Probably not, Ethernet cables are commonly used for wired connections.

If this is due to a networking issue, then converting to a wired connection would likely solve the problem. When you’re on WiFi, latency will always be an issue, so adjust expectations. There might be a few things you can tune on your WiFi. But you’d need to tell us the make/model of the wireless router, wireless adapter, the WiFi settings on the router and run a wireless survey .
