I own a Fluke meter that cost around $9000 when I first purchased it. I’m checking if there’s any software that can do the same function, preferably something straightforward to install. I’m not interested in niche tools or needing a special USB adapter. I don’t mind buying from a reliable company that provides support and warranty. Most of my current setup uses Cable testing features—like measuring cable length, port locations, and network manager settings. I’m unsure which specific options would work best for upgrading to Cat6E cables, fiber, or WiFi scanning.

Essentially, NICs lack built-in processing power for deep analysis. A few devices offer TDR on their ports, but this feature is still quite restricted, though it supports the functions you mentioned.
