Consider how long to play it now, since your internet connection is unstable and fluctuates.

After about two to three minutes, the pingplotter started working smoothly while you chatted with a friend on Discord and played WoW.

It might be feasible for a nearby barn to have a wireless receiver connected to a different internet provider, potentially causing interference.

Share the 10.255.255.253 IP with your vendor and inform them about packet loss. The next hop appears normal, likely where your packets are entering the network. This suggests wireless interference isn’t the cause. The Rogers hop might seem affected due to surrounding factors, making it difficult to pinpoint the issue.

It seems they might need to reach out to Rogers for equipment issues, but your concerns about packet loss are valid. You could send them a clear summary of the problem, including the address you mentioned, hoping they can assist. It’s worth reiterating your case without sounding defensive.

When launching the program, the packet loss consistently occurs for the IP address 209.85.247.188. This issue seems to appear only during connections to www.google.com.

I messaged them about what you found, hoping they won’t attempt to refute it—just that there’s nothing incorrect. Thank you for your help!
