You can show your ISP the evidence of packet loss by recording the laggy moments and the connection drops using tools like Ping Plotter or similar. Share the data with them and explain how it affects your experience, especially during live streaming or online games. Emphasize that other users haven’t reported similar issues, which weakens their argument. Keep calm and request a proper investigation into your specific network performance.

Check the route using tracert to identify where packets fail, then test connectivity from home to work gradually, moving outward until you notice loss. Once pinpointed, further assistance depends on confirming the issue is at your home, a local node, or another location.

I can handle just this task. My network monitor displays numerous IP addresses, with many experiencing packet loss. Here’s a screenshot of the issue.

You’ll notice significant packet loss beginning from the source of the problem. The fault appears right at the start of the loss. The screenshot isn’t clear enough for assistance—please share it without cropping.

Just shared the pl% I posted. It seems my IP might be visible, though it doesn’t really matter. My ISP changes my IP every couple of days. What’s odd is the packet loss fluctuates—sometimes I can run for 10 seconds with about 85% loss, other times I run for 10 minutes and get none. The screenshot was taken after a few minutes and now shows packet loss on my new router. This is the first time in two months I’ve noticed this after using PingPlotter.

Received confirmation that the screenshot was taken via Wi-Fi was being re-tested for functionality. Will share a new image using a direct Ethernet connection next.

I just updated all the PC parts, including the motherboard, so the network adapter should work fine.

Usually this appears after some time, so it makes sense that it's still your router even though direct connections aren't dropping packets.

I noticed the second screenshot appeared after I shared it. The first connection drop is coming from a Google-owned IP on their network, along with the immediate preceding hop, which clearly explains the issue. You can't fix this on your end or with your ISP—you’d need to reach out to Google. It’s unusual for your WiFi to show such loss without major interference, so it might also be related to gaming performance. Try running the program directly connected via Ethernet while gaming and record the results. That should help pinpoint the problem more clearly.
