You're encountering an issue where multiple devices are handling NAT translation, which is preventing the employee attendance software from connecting properly. The server is on a LAN and the PC is connected to it, but the problem persists. Someone can assist by checking network configurations or contacting your IT support.

Visualize the configuration with a network diagram showing a router handling NAT.

It's clear that focusing on multiple instances is the key issue here. A clearer network diagram or a more thorough explanation would really help.

I wouldn’t focus too much on the count because it’s likely impossible to determine how many NATs a packet passed through. I’d expect it to identify several devices connecting via one IP address, which leads to this notification.

Thanks for your message. I’m still figuring out how to create a network diagram. After some research, I tried using the CMD command like tracert 8.8.8.8 and found that two routers were causing the NAT problem. I removed those routers and replaced them with a switch, which gave me more ports—though I was using the second one for LAN connections anyway. Now I’m dealing with a different issue, and I’m not sure what’s happening anymore. I’m sorry for the confusion; I don’t have much experience beyond basic networking concepts.

We need only a basic 'drawing' of your network layout. Just sketch the boxes, note what each should represent, and link them with lines for Ethernet or Wi-Fi. Can you share the tracert results before and after taking out the other router?

I'm sorry for the delay in the update. To sum it up, the problem was at my workplace, and they refused to involve tech support (maybe to cut costs). Eventually, I declined and said this wasn't within my expertise. They reached out because they knew I enjoy technology and computers as a hobby.
