Received the driver update from Driver Easy, installed it yourself, and restarted now. There is no internet connection available.

These are: Intel® I211 Gigabit Network Connection and Intel® Wireless-AC 9260 160Mhz. I require your assistance right away. I downloaded the driver from Driver Easy, installed it myself, and restarted my system now. I don’t have any internet connection.

Driver easy is considered harmful software. Consult your hardware manager and remove all network connections. Erase the Driver easy files completely, leaving only the original drivers. Restart your system, allow Windows to locate the drivers, or search for the original installation sources.
