For a while now I've experienced sudden ping spikes while playing online games at night. The timing usually starts around 11:00 PM and stops when I wake up, though it can vary. It often occurs during CS2 matches with ping levels between 1000-2000 for a few seconds before returning to normal. This happens occasionally in League as well. The issue seems linked to my ISP, Bosnet Aktiebolag, using a TP-Link Archer AX55 Pro router over fiber. If you need more details, let me know.

Is this connection exclusive to you or does it serve multiple users? For example, someone streaming Netflix during the evening.

Are you connected to Wi-Fi and residing in an apartment? Because if your neighbors are endlessly scrolling at bedtime, it could lead to significant Wi-Fi usage. If you're using a cable connection, I don't know for sure. It seems my ISP tends to perform maintenance at night, which might cause brief internet interruptions during the middle of the night due to system restarts or connection adjustments when new fiber is installed.
