My Plex server uses a mapped network drive, and I’m having trouble figuring out how to access it. The credentials seem unfamiliar, even though I’ve changed my Microsoft account password several times. It’s unclear where these details originally came from.

The person above mentioned is correct, or both share the same login credentials. Windows attempts to verify your login details first before displaying the password prompt. If successful, it proceeds without asking for the password again. However, this scenario is rare when you claim you've updated your Microsoft account password.

It notifies you immediately when the password is incorrect. It requires a single password entry. You need guidance on updating your current one.

It seems your Plex login details might be correct. Which version of Plex are you running?
