Hello! I’m wondering if I can connect a switch to my range extender, which only has one Ethernet port available. I want to link my PC and PS4 directly to the extender at the same time. Since I’m not close to the router and have unstable internet, I don’t want to connect them directly to the router.

Connect directly via hard wiring to the router. It seems likely to function well, possibly more reliable than devices relying on WiFi through a range extender. You might also explore Powerline adapters or MOCA adapters for improved options.

It's really impressive how well it works with a wired connection instead of wireless. I think I'll give it a shot. Also, powerline adapters aren't effective, which is why I needed the range extender. Appreciate your help!
