While on vacation my modem/router stopped working and I had to reach for data. I understood the problem was the connection to Spectrum. Usually the lights show the downstream as solid, upstream as blinking, and internet off. This has happened before but I didn’t worry much then. Now I’m running an Exchange server. I’ll share some screenshots of channels, logs, port settings, and normal output. The device is a Netgear C7000v2. Please help if you can.

I know your upstream stats are impressive. The connection starts to drop around 52 in the upsteam power range. Staying within the 3dB threshold means your signals fluctuate by no more than 3 dB daily, which could overload your connection. This might ruin your internet experience. Make sure all coax connections are secure and functioning properly. If problems persist, reach out to your ISP for help.
