Netflix display issues on your screen
Netflix display issues on your screen
Hello everyone, I own a 12700k with an EVGA RTX 3070. I’m experiencing an unusual issue where both screens flicker unexpectedly when streaming Netflix videos. This only occurs during Netflix playback, not on YouTube, gaming, or regular use. It happens with both the Netflix app and a web browser. So far, I’ve tried: uninstalling and reinstalling Netflix, clearing Chrome’s cache, and reinstalling both Intel and Nvidia drivers. I’ve also reset my display drivers by entering safe mode and installed an older version of the Nvidia gaming drivers—those that previously worked without problems. No intel iGPU drivers were added. Any advice would be very helpful.
I don't currently have a NVIDIA GPU, so this is just an assumption. It's conceivable that a NVIDIA RTX Video Super Resolution feature could handle it, so see if this affects the flickering NVIDIA Control panel settings.
Tip: Watch Netflix using the EDGE browser or its native app, as Chrome caps resolution at 720p while EDGE allows up to 1080p and potentially 4K based on your screen.
P.S.S. I'm not sponsored by Microsoft to recommend this browser for streaming Netflix.

Thanks for your input! It seems Nvidia Super Resolution was already disabled before. After restarting my PC, it stopped working in Chrome but resumed on its own. The suggestion to use Edge or the Netflix app helped—there were no strange blinking issues. I added a video showing the problem, and both screens would blink together at the same time. IMG_2702.mov
Hello, your response is appreciated. I updated all drivers to the newest versions from Nvidia and Intel. I changed from Displayport to HDMI to test if that resolved the problem, but it stopped working in Google Chrome and worsened in the Netflix app. After many attempts to troubleshoot, I finally fixed it! It turned out SignalRGB was the cause. I enabled Screen Capture on SignalRGB to match the display colors, and Netflix’s DRM restrictions prevented screen recording. Once I switched it off, the issue disappeared! Thanks to everyone for your guidance and support!
