Check if the 2T command speed applies to slots 2 and 4. If yes, switch to 1T—this won’t alter things much but could improve performance. It should work better on an SSD.

tRFC runs very slowly, but that’s less important if your tREFI is strong enough. What’s your tREFi currently? The 2T command speed isn’t a major concern. You might gain around 5% to 10% performance improvement through memory tuning, though if your lows are in the single digits it won’t be significant. Avoid disabling protections if you’re not using the PC for gaming—yes, there’s a performance cost, but they’re fixing a serious issue on Intel processors.
