It's a 4x game set in a vast universe with 12 rivals and countless choices and calculations. Atm takes roughly a minute on my end, though I hope in a few years I can manage three-quarters turns per hour. In short... this experience mimics an entire galaxy, covering economy, politics, military, and occasional surprises at a tougher difficulty. I can switch to another map, but it requires 12 cores and 64 GB of storage—definitely when I want many stars.
