It seems the purchase was made via the Microsoft Store, and it can only be accessed through that channel. There’s no option to connect it within Steam for home streaming, I think.

Based on what I've heard, I think I definitely have a dual boot setup with Windows 7/Windows 10, which makes me realize why I avoid using Windows 10. I'm hoping to skip Steam and rely on Microsoft's streaming without needing an Xbox One.

It's been a while since I relied on Steam streaming, though many used UWPhook for it. There was a method to add a notebook to Steam and launch the stream. On the PC, you'd switch to the alt tab and open the game. Keep in mind this info might be outdated and no longer functional.
