Need urgent assistance with your new PC upgrade? Let's get this sorted out!
Hey! I've just acquired a new graphics card and my PC isn't utilizing it fully. My CPU is hovering around 70-80% during benchmark in Apex Legends, while the graphics card sits at 40-50%. The bottleneck test shows only 6%. My system runs an Intel i5-9400f at a steady 4.00 GHz, paired with Asus RTX 2070 (8GB single), ASUS PRIME B360M-A, and Corsair VS550 power supply. Many people use this rig and get smooth gameplay or around 120 FPS. I've checked everything but haven't found a fix.
To unlock your GPU's full performance, check for updates, adjust power settings, and ensure proper cooling. Make sure your drivers are current and avoid overclocking unless necessary.
When apex legends includes a frame cap or you're using VSync, full GPU utilization won't be achieved. The optimal improvement would be installing dual-channel RAM, ideally matching the existing stick and fitting into the motherboard's recommended slots.
