I built a PC with an i5 11400F and RTX 2060 after installing a B560M motherboard. After turning it on, I noticed no display for about 15 seconds before it restarted without showing anything. This keeps happening. I checked the GPU DRAM and PSU connections, but everything seemed fine. Then I swapped the processor to a Pentium Gold G6400 and it worked perfectly. However, when I tried it with the i5 11400F on a different motherboard (Prime H510M or Prime B560M), it functioned properly. The issue only appears with the B560M model, even after updating the BIOS. Please assist me with the B560M model.

Set up the G6400, activate BIOS settings. Turn off Asus performance boost (APE) and F10 restart. Restart BIOS again and power off. Swap in the 12400F and check functionality.
