your cpu on idle is reaching 70% and 80%, but when you play games it uses more than your gpu. your gpu is at around 50% and cpu at 100%. you've tried to switch to using the gpu but haven't succeeded. please help!
I can't send screenshots or interact with your system directly. However, you can open Task Manager, navigate to the Performance tab, and capture the CPU values yourself. After that, restart your computer before proceeding. If you decide to use an antivirus, a full or offline scan is recommended. Keep in mind that some malware behaves quietly for a while before resurfacing later, and certain processes might not appear in Task Manager at all. It could also be related to overheating or hardware issues with the CPU.
I believe I might have resolved it, though it seems to remain a priority during gameplay. I've also attempted to adjust it via the NVIDIA control panel.
It seems like bloatware might be running in the background when you play games. Extensions or software like clipping tools can accumulate quickly. Check the Task Manager to identify which processes use the most CPU power and enable "always on top" in the options menu (or move it to another monitor). Once started, boot your game and observe what’s consuming resources instead of just watching idle. Ending tasks that appear to be increasing CPU usage—except for the game itself—may help improve performance.
