You have a lot of data on your drive, but it's locked in the OS folder, which is why you can't delete it easily. After copying everything from your old drive, Adobe changed the settings to treat your current drive as a network drive. They won't let you install any CC apps, making your PC hard to use for editing. Your files are all over the place—like your Content Manager in the Documents folder. Now you're stuck: either reinstall Windows (since you don’t have much valuable data and have backups) or clean everything up and try fixing the Adobe software issues. What do you think is best? Restart the installation again. Take out all other storage devices from the system (remove them completely) so Windows only uses the boot drive and doesn’t attempt any unnecessary file sorting. Much simpler than trying to fix everything at once.

You might want to use separate drives or partitions so you can store apps with Windows and your data in different locations, avoiding this problem later.

Use Adobe CC to keep all your files on a distinct storage location. The photography package is ready, and your software stays under 1GB on the main drive.
