This board isn't ideal for overclocking. It uses low-quality parts, has a 4+1 phase power setup, and lacks heat sinks on the VRMs. However, the CPU speed depends on the system base clock multiplied by a multiplier. Because your CPU has a fixed multiplier, you can only increase the base clock. You can adjust this in BIOS or use AMD Overdrive in Windows.
