Hey everyone, I'm really not sure about this myself either. I have a client who serves ten different areas in the United States. He has one website for each area with 10 pages on it, but he needs 10 phone numbers that are local to those regions. Is there a service out there where I can buy 10 cheap phone numbers? Each number would be from a different region, like San Bernardino and Riverside. The goal is to have my main number redirect all of these ten numbers so the client sees just one main line. Even though Skype can do that, it's too expensive for what he wants. I need something more affordable where I can get 10 local numbers from different spots in the country, then make them all point back to a single main number. Can this be done? If yes, what kind of service should I use?

Why you keep asking for separate per-region numbers instead of one number? For callers, it won't matter much at all. The days when "long distance" calls got different prices than local ones are over, and most cell phone plans don't care about long distance charges on the other hand - this is exactly what (800) and similar services do for people.
