Certain boards offer two 16-channel lanes or one 16-channel lane combined with four smaller ones (like 1x16 + 1x8), but electrically they run on CPU lanes. You can configure it as two 8-channel setups, such as with the X570 Aorus Pro. Your setup only has a single 16-channel lane and no extra 8-channel channels, so you can't use it for x8 configurations. The drive will function as a standard PCIe 3 on x4 only.
