Hi, I'm trying to switch my system's RAM from 8GB to 16GB. I currently have a Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB with those specifications: model CMK8GX4M1A2400C16, latency 16-16-16-39, 1.20V, 2400MHz. I've spotted this RAM on Amazon and it seems to match my setup except for a slight difference in the model number. It mentions an extra 'R' at the end. I assumed it would still function properly regardless of dust presence. My PC uses a red and black theme, so it should work fine. Thanks for your response. Regarding cleaning the heat sink, I’m curious—do you have any suggestions? I cleaned my PC less than a month ago but couldn’t clean the heatsink because I don’t have a blower or similar tools.
