Do you have an issue that demands attention?
Maybe it's about heat?
Or perhaps noise/performance? Consider swapping HDD drives for SSDs.
With such a setup, I'd be cautious about rearranging cables.
If you're comfortable with the temperature, leave things as they are.
For aesthetics, reattach the side cover.

I want my PC to operate at the lowest temperature possible because my whole house tends to get warm, even when I set the air conditioner to maximum.
I've been living with it all along, I'm accustomed to it.
Eventually, I'll make that happen.

Warmer temperatures help prevent items from wearing out quickly or overheating. With the quicker dual fans, I’m achieving 53°C for the GPU and 33°C for the CPU, which is significantly better than the previous slower single fan.

Cooler is valid only when hitting throttling temperatures. Moving from 95C to 85C is beneficial. Transitioning from 75C to 65C doesn't matter much and isn't worth the effort.
