I rely on the available settings at http://sfx.thelazy.net/. On Windows 8.1 with Radeon Pro, regardless of the game or preset, everything appears very dim. It seems something is interfering with visibility. All previews make things look brighter, but mine only makes it hard to see anything clearly.

It occurs in certain games, and I’m not sure how it functions. It relates to texture filtering and LOD bias. I’ve experienced this with Dishonored before, using Nvidia Inspector, but I don’t know how to adjust it for AMD graphics cards. I hope this provides some guidance.

Radeon Pro often causes issues. Using eFX with SweetFX resolves the problems completely.
