Someone should notice the issue with your PC based on the image you shared. The only visible sign is a light coming from the motherboard.

We can't see how the case front panel connectors are hooked up in this pic. Have you double checked them? Have you tried starting the PC by bridging the appropriate pins with a screwdriver or other metal object? Why is the GPU in the lower slot? In the future please give your thread a real, descriptive title. There's like 20 "help me pls u gaiz" threads posted here every week, a meaningful title will make people more likely to take a look and give you advice.

OP tends to be concerned about GPU overheating, placing it in the lowest port and adding an external device to secure it. The image indicates no issues beyond the card's positioning.

Is that exactly what that blue object is doing? The small card shouldn’t droop, right?

You're likely thinking the power button connector might have come off or the board isn't working properly. Let's clarify how it connects and what happens when you press it. Also, your GPU being in the lower slot is unusual—most boards use PCI-E 16X connectors, not 8X, which are slower. Please share more details about your setup so I can help further.

The graphics card is placed in the lower slot, but it doesn’t seem to be properly installed. It appears you’re connecting a PCIe 6+2 interface for your CPU power supply.

We're on the same page. Suggest placing it in the upper slot to make use of the full 16 lanes bandwidth—assuming your GPU supports it and your MB doesn't have two 16 lanes slots.

He likely had the same RAM configuration previously, and the PC probably handled it differently since it wasn't properly seated. This should have been addressed earlier.

Yeah there's something weird going on up there. I see +2 Daisy chain hanging off which should not be there. OP, you only need the 8 pin EPS connector to power your CPU. Do not confuse it with the PCIe cables for your graphics card. They are not the same. The extra 4 pin connector on the board does not need to be hooked up.

It seems the exhaust fan is oriented incorrectly.
