I'm searching for affordable second-hand laptops, not high-end models, just for browsing. This one will be used by my mother, so I need to know which option is better based on the storage I already have—a 500GB SSD. Fujitsu A512 i3-3110M with 4GB RAM and a 500GB HDD fits well here. HP G6-2240 offers more RAM and a larger HDD but has a smaller SSD. Which one suits your needs better?

The budget is the amount allocated, and it is in the specified currency.

I've noticed browsing becomes sluggish on older dual-core systems lately. At least without a good ad blocker.
It's also wise to keep your 500GB SSD, unless you're certain your motherboard handles a lot of data.

I purchased an SSD independently, only seeking a simple laptop with any storage capacity since I understand how to remove the HDD and install an SSD.

Not discovering significantly cheaper options, yet I'm not very accustomed to different UK suppliers. I understand Newegg is available there, but their range tends to be quite narrow.
