Yes, you can purchase that RAM, but you shouldn't be certain your 5950x will handle it at its rated speed. Each CPU is unique. The jump from 2133 to 3600 or above will make a significant difference. Your gaming FPS will likely increase (depending on the game).
Zen 3 CPUs generally offer excellent IMC and can achieve higher speeds. It's best to aim for a synchronous RAM setting. That's why I recommended 3600 RAM—this allows the infinity clock to be set at 1800 and the RAM at 3600, achieving optimal latency. The next option is 4000MHz RAM with a 2000MHz infinity clock, which keeps it in synchronous mode for the lowest latency. A 2000MHz infinity clock is near the maximum Zen 3 performance.
Choosing speeds like 4400/4600MHz without matching the infinity clock will cause asynchronous operation, increasing latency. It's a trade-off; sometimes higher speeds can offset the benefits of asynchronous mode.
Wow, I didn’t grasp most of that, but I found the G.SKILL Trident Z Royal Series (Intel XMP) DDR4 RAM 32GB (2x16GB) 4000MT/s. It’s a good deal, and I hope I can add more sticks later since I still need other components. I’m considering case fans now. Not sure if I should get a fan controller or RGB lighting, and I’m trying to decide right away.
Increasing the quantity may not be effective.
If you want additional options, consider purchasing now.
This price is quite good.

Great offer, you're covered there also. I always check since I don't want to guess someone has a solid PSU because often they don't!
