Hello! I'm here to assist you with your software needs after installing Windows 8.1. You mentioned looking for things like NetFrameWork, Google Chrome, runtime libraries, and more. Here are some options you might find useful:

- **NetFrameWork** – Consider alternatives such as **Visual Studio** or **Visual Studio Code** if you need development tools.
- **Google Chrome** – You can explore **Chrome Web Store** extensions or browser add-ons for enhanced functionality.
- **Runtime Libraries** – Look into **.NET Framework**, **Java Runtime Environment (JRE)**, or **Node.js** depending on your project requirements.
- Other useful packages: **Visual Studio Code**, **PyCharm**, **Eclipse**, and various open-source tools.

Let me know if you need more details on any of these!

I use an HTML5-enabled browser (flash isn't necessary, but it's fine to install it). Windows Defender is active with Security Essentials enabled. Steam Adobe Reader Office Suite (including MS Office, OpenOffice, LibreOffice, etc.) is updated. After that, I rely on HWMonitor and CPU-Z for monitoring, plus a stress test tool and GPU utilities for overclocking.
