Hello! Your RAM has been stable for four months, but you noticed some glitches. After shutting it down and turning it back on, you saw about 3.93GB available. Each stick seems to be working properly, though the total is limited. When using msconfig, you set the maximum but it resets to zero on restart. Your motherboard model is ASROCK A320M-HDV R4.0. Let me know if you need further guidance!

You checked the RAM slots on the motherboard along with the modules. Occasionally, the modules work well but the slots become damaged.

12gb ram with 3.93 usable seems to function properly, slots are detected and recognized by the BIOS, but only 3.93 usable is available. Someone can assist further.

attempted to reset CMOS, tried a different slot. Experienced odd behavior where Windows recognizes two 8GB drives but only uses 8GB—until I reinserted the RAM, possibly fixing it.
