Hi, your problem seems related to memory usage after the GPU upgrade. With 32GB RAM but only 4x 8GB modules at 2666MHz, you might be pushing your system close to its limits. The spikes in GPU usage could be causing instability, leading to lag and crashes. Checking your RAM configuration and ensuring it matches your system requirements might help. If needed, upgrading to higher-speed RAM (like 3600MHz) could resolve the issue. Let me know if you need more guidance!

Did you remove drivers after upgrading your GPU? Check the forum link for advice. Run DDU in safe mode (select this option when launching the app). Reinstall the drivers. You might want to avoid GeForce Experience unless you really need its features.

Once this began happening I removed and reinstalled drivers, but it didn’t work well enough to run DDU in safe mode. Another concern is that my computer is restarting now, which is taking a long time, and the loading indicator is slow. I haven’t had any problems with GeForce Experience on the 1060, but with the 2060 things are failing. I’m planning to try DDU in safe mode.

Arc. The issue arose again after adjusting memory settings. I attempted to update, ran Windows at default settings, and used all available repair tools—still no success. Eventually, I downloaded a fresh version of Windows 10 and everything functioned properly. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software.../windows10 I installed it in offline mode (disconnected from the network) and initially turned off automatic driver installs upon first boot (still offline). https://www.laptopmag.com/articles/disab...windows-10 After obtaining drivers from the motherboard support site and the recommended studio driver (https://www.nvidia.com/Download/driverRe...4342/en-us)

Your system could benefit from more RAM if you're running demanding tasks. The current setup with a Ryzen 7 3800X and 4GB of 2666MHz memory might feel tight under heavy workloads.
