Your laptop is stuck in a boot loop, showing blue screens or an unmountable boot volume. You've already tried turning it off three times to enter WinRE, but it doesn't work. Someone can help you. Your SSD is corrupted, so entering WinRE might be necessary to fix it. You mentioned you're using Windows 11 on an Acer Aspire 4, and you've dealt with similar issues before. Replacing the HDD with an SSD could resolve the problem, but you're open to advice.

It seems your system is up to date, but you'll need a bootable USB to reinstall the OS. The command "sfc /scannow or CHKDSK" may take a long time and might not fix the issue. If you have another laptop or desktop, you can create a bootable media using tools like "Windows Media Creation Tool" or simply download the IOS file and attempt booting from Rufus. If you're unsure about your partition type (MBR or GPT), wiping all partitions is necessary before booting. In extreme cases, hardware problems could be involved. For important data, consider taking your device to a repair shop or creating a backup before proceeding.

Determine if the problem is hardware-related by checking for persistent errors, unusual noises, or inconsistent behavior. After making the bootable USB, simply connect it and set it as your boot device in BIOS—no need to enter WinRE if the setup worked before.

You want to avoid using the Windows Recovery Environment. Just try reinstalling the OS or overwriting the existing partition U after creating a bootable USB.

You can reinstall it from the bootable USB. Just plug it in, restart your computer, and follow the on-screen instructions to reinstall.

I don’t mind losing anything else, just need to install Windows again onto the SSD using USB.

The main problem arises when I have to use money since I don’t have it available.

Connect the bootable USB to your laptop. Press F12 on Dell, F9 for HP, or search online for the bootable key for your specific model. Select the USB drive and press Enter. Follow the attached images, choosing options like "I don’t have a product key" if needed, then pick "Custom Install." In image 7, choose partitions and delete them if desired. Proceed to the next step and start the installation.
