I just set up Windows 10 and experienced the worst lag I've ever encountered while playing GTA 5. After launching Afterburner, it failed to recognize my GPU but displayed usage dropping from 100% to 0% when using Chrome on my i5 4690K with a GTX 760.

Have you checked for driver updates? What are the current temperatures?

Download the newest Windows 10 support file from the NVIDIA community sites. Standard installation packages don’t work well with Windows 10 yet.

Restarted the system and it halted GPU 0 through 100, now recognizing the 760 identifier.
