In short, running the installer with "keep nothing" will delete only the installation files and temporary data, not your important system files or OS drive. Since your main drive holds just a few games and other non-critical stuff, it should remain intact.

Only the drive works. But if you need to be certain you can always disconnect the other components.

It will delete all files if you wish to retain them elsewhere, disconnect the devices, set up Windows and reconnect them.

The quantity of PITA is enormous, particularly with my rat's nest of cable management. It would be tough to retrieve the cover, but not impossible.
