You're likely using a laptop. Have you tried restarting it first? If that didn't help, visit the provided link to download FixWin and run Explorer.exe—don't start it, then reboot. Alternatively, press CTRL+SHIFT+ESC, locate explorer.exe, terminate it, and it should restart automatically.
