I don’t have any ideas. I’d go with ASUS or Netgear, and if you’re on a tight budget you might check TP Link, though the firmware could be lacking. I’ve only installed one TP Link router so far, and it worked decently for its cost.

I suggest choosing tp-link instead of d-link, but I think netgear or asus would be better options.

It seems the AC1000 lacks QoS while the AC1200 does... that's interesting. My previous model did have it, so maybe they removed it to push a more costly router.
