I opened the DRAM Calculator, added my Thaiphoon html file, and entered the remaining details. I verified my RAM was an A2 model and switched the imported PCB type to match the A2 specification (possibly A3/A2/A1). I then tried the fast calculation, but noticed all my imported timings—such as tCL, tRCDWR, etc.—remained at zero. I assumed this was an error. I reverted the PCB type to “Manual” and recalculated, but the timings stayed unchanged and an error appeared indicating the “Manual” option is only valid for safe calculations. What should I do? I understand most users opt for fast timing, but I’m unsure if it’s safe for my setup. Any advice would be appreciated!

Don't rely on the tool; it usually makes small adjustments in fast mode. You're capable of managing it alone. Increase cas latency from 18 to 16 on its own and observe the results. You'll notice a reduction in latency simply by doing that.

Use the calculator in safe mode with manual PCB settings. If the case is 18, adjust it to 16 (your rated case).

You shut down all applications, restart the computer, and enter these configurations through the BIOS. After rebooting, check if it boots correctly. Then you only need to verify the primary settings and voltage changes using cpu-z. That’s the process.

You need to update specific bios fields such as 16, 18, the other 18, and 36. The rest of the settings should be replaced using the manual safe options provided in the calculator.

Alright, I understand. XMP is active. (In the bios) Move to memory timings and adjust the 19s to 18s and the 39 to 36. Locate the entry that mentions CR or command rate set to 2T for stability. You can also check the physical memory sticks to identify the PCB. I'll send you a link so you can verify it. Please wait a minute or two.
